If you logged 15+ applications and none reached an interview, the free rewrite is triggered and you get an email saying so — before you have to ask.
How the interview guarantee actually works
The whole thing is machinery, not judgement. Three steps:
- You log applications in our free Application Tracker, signed in (via your dashboard) with the email you ordered with — that's the only application record our system can read, so it's the record the guarantee runs on.
- At day 60 from delivery, we run the check ourselves. The evaluation, its inputs, and its verdict are stored — if there's ever a dispute, it's settled by reading the record, not by arguing.
- If the threshold isn't met, the rewrite triggers automatically. A rewrite of your documents enters our work queue with a 5-working-day deadline, and you get an email telling you it's underway. You claim nothing, prove nothing, chase nothing.
What counts as an application
A job you log in our free Application Tracker — signed in with the email you ordered with — whose applied date falls within 60 days of your delivery. Jobs saved but never applied to don't count, and that protects you as much as us: the quota can only be judged on real applications.
What counts as an interview
A logged application you've moved to “Interview” or “Offer” in the tracker by the time we run the check. Phone screens, video interviews, in-person — if an employer talked to you about the job, that's an interview.
The threshold, exactly
At least 15 logged applications inside the 60-day window, and zero of them reaching an interview. Meet the application minimum and get even one interview, and the guarantee is met. Log fewer than 15, and there isn't enough signal to judge either way — the guarantee needs a real search to measure.
The remedy, exactly
A free rewrite of your delivered documents against the same target job title, delivered within 5 working days of the check. Not a discount, not a credit — the work, done again.
Who it covers
Resume, LinkedIn, and bundle orders (including Founding orders — this sits on top of the Founding Guarantee, it doesn't replace it). The ATS Audit isn't a document rewrite, so it carries the refund terms below instead. The offer negotiation tiers (Offer Check, Negotiation Strategy, Full Campaign) carry their own guarantee: “If your delivered strategy doesn't identify at least £2,000 of negotiable value in your offer (or the equivalent in your currency), you pay nothing — we refund the full fee, and you keep the review.” Refunded orders and orders bought through marketplaces like Fiverr are covered by those platforms' own terms.
One honest caveat, stated here rather than discovered later: if you don’t log your applications while signed in, we have nothing to check — the guarantee can’t run on applications we can’t see. The tracker is free, takes seconds per job, and is useful on its own; using it is the one thing the guarantee asks of you.

If your delivered materials don’t match your target role and industry, contain an error, misstate your experience, or otherwise don’t deliver what your package promised, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll revise them at no extra charge. There’s no cap on how many rounds, inside that window.
We miss our delivery window
If we don’t deliver within 72 hours (48 hours with Rush, and for every Offer Review) and you no longer want it, you’re entitled to a full refund.
Still not right after revision
If, after revision, your deliverable still doesn’t meet the service description, we refund your order in full.

Long after the revision window closes, your document stays amendable — free, forever.
