What this Job Match Score looks at — and what it honestly can't
The automated checks cover what a machine can genuinely verify from pasted text: parsing-hostile layout artifacts, standard section headers, contact details in the body, quantified bullets, spelled-out and abbreviated term pairs, US/UK dialect consistency, and overall length. Paste a job posting too and you get the most useful part: a keyword overlap report showing which of the posting's meaningful terms appear in your resume and which are missing — the same terms a recruiter types into the ATS search box — plus a title-alignment check and a scan for the years-of-experience, degree, and certification phrases the posting names.

The analysis is plain JavaScript running in your browser tab — and if you drop in a .txt or .docx file, that file is read in your browser too, never uploaded. Close the tab and the text is gone.
