Free LinkedIn headline & About optimizer,
built for recruiter search
Recruiters don't browse LinkedIn — they search it, with the same keyword logic as an ATS. This tool drafts a headline and About skeleton around the terms recruiters actually filter on for your role, and honestly measures the profile you have now. No sign-up, no upload: everything runs in your browser and your text never leaves your device.
Runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is uploaded or stored.
What this tool honestly is — and isn't
The drafts follow the same rules our paid human service works to: a headline capped at 220 characters with the searchable part front-loaded into the first ~120 (what mobile shows), and an About section capped at 2,600 characters whose first three lines must carry the hook — that's all a visitor sees before "…see more". For 35 roles the keyword suggestions come from researched banks of the terms recruiters actually filter on; for every other title you get the same structure with clearly marked slots and pointers to the closest researched roles.
What it isn't: finished copy. The generator can't know your real achievements, so every personal fact appears as a [bracketed placeholder] for you to fill truthfully — it will never invent numbers, titles, or claims for you, because a profile that overstates your experience fails in the interview it won. For the full background on how recruiters search, read why recruiters can't find you on LinkedIn — and to see every researched term for your role, try the ATS Keyword Explorer. Working on the resume side too? The free Resume Health Score is the same idea for your resume.
Privacy, by design
This page has no upload endpoint and no storage. The generation and the analysis of anything you paste are plain JavaScript running in your browser tab — close the tab and the text is gone. Our analytics records only that the tool was used and for which role, never what you typed.
