Terms of Service

The contract. These terms govern your purchase of resume and/or LinkedIn optimization services from FuturePrep Ltd. ("we", "us"), the operator of bookmyjobinterview.ai. By placing an order you accept these terms.

The service. You provide your current resume and/or LinkedIn profile URL, plus your target industry, job title, and optionally a job posting. We deliver optimized versions of those materials, customized to that role and reviewed by a human specialist, within 72 hours of successful payment. The service improves the materials you supply; it does not fabricate experience, credentials, or employment history.

What we don't promise. We optimize your materials to perform better in applicant tracking systems and recruiter searches. We cannot and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific hiring outcome — those depend on factors far beyond any document.

Your responsibilities. You confirm the materials you upload are yours and accurate. You retain all rights to your own career information; upon delivery, you own the optimized documents.

Payment. Prices are shown in your selected currency and charged once via Stripe at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your region.

Regional pricing. Prices differ by region, and regional pricing is tied to the job market the order targets: an order placed at a region's price is for a deliverable written to that region's market conventions. India pricing in particular is purchasing-power-adjusted for the Indian job market and is payable only with cards issued in India; payments made at a regional price with a card issued outside that region may be declined or refunded in full, with a pointer to the correct regional pricing. Where an order's target job market does not match the regional price paid, we reserve the right to ask you to upgrade to the correct region's price or to refund the order in full instead of delivering.

Refunds and revisions. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FuturePrep Ltd. is registered, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
