Privacy Policy

Who we are. This website is operated by FuturePrep Ltd. ("we", "us"). We provide resume and LinkedIn profile optimization services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect. To deliver your order we collect: your email address; your uploaded resume and any job posting you provide (which contain personal information such as your name, work history, and contact details); your LinkedIn profile URL if provided; and your order selections (region, package, industry, job title). Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

Why we process it. We process your data solely to deliver the service you purchased: analyzing and rewriting your materials, sending you order confirmation and status information, and fulfilling the order. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your documents to train models or market to third parties.

Resumes contain sensitive personal data. We treat uploaded documents as confidential. Access is limited to the personnel fulfilling your order. Files are stored as private objects in access-controlled cloud storage (not reachable by URL; every access requires authenticated, expiring credentials) and retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and handle any revision or refund request: uploaded resumes, job postings, and offer letters are deleted automatically 60 days after your order is delivered (or within 30 days if you start but do not complete a purchase). Finished deliverable files remain available for you to re-download from your account portal.

UK/EU visitors (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing is performance of a contract (delivering your order) and legitimate interests (service communications). You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, and to complain to your supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@bookmyjobinterview.ai.

Third parties we rely on. Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider (site and file storage), and our email delivery provider (transactional emails). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.

Optional accounts. You can use every free tool โ€” and buy every service โ€” without an account. If you choose to sign in (passwordless, via a one-time email link), we store: your email address; your Application Tracker data (job titles, companies, pasted postings, and the resume text you save to it); any named Resume Versions you explicitly save (the version name and its resume text, plus each version's match-run history โ€” score numbers, bands, dates, and the posting's job title only, never the posting text); and your Resume Score history (score numbers, bands, and dates only โ€” never the resume text you scored). This data exists solely to show your own dashboard and sync your tools across devices; it is never sold, shared, or used for marketing. Signing in also lets you see past orders placed with your email. You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time: deletion is immediate and irreversible, removing your account, sign-in sessions, and all synced tool data. Order records are retained separately as financial records (for legal, accounting, and refund purposes) โ€” they are simply no longer linked to any account. If you signed in, your dashboard also serves as a client portal for paid orders: your finished deliverable files are stored in the same access-controlled cloud storage as your uploads so you can re-download them, downloads require you to be signed in with the order's email address, and any revision request you submit there is stored and emailed to the team member handling your order โ€” nothing more.

Free browser tools, the AI preview, and the AI assistant. Our free resume checker and health score run entirely in your browser โ€” the text you provide to them is never sent to our servers. There are four clearly-labelled exceptions. The free AI rewrite preview (/preview): the text you paste there is sent to our server and to our AI provider solely to generate the sample rewrite, is not stored by us, and is never logged or used for any other purpose. The AI Career Assistant (/assistant): your chat messages are sent to our server and to our AI provider solely to generate each reply, are never stored, and are never logged or used for any other purpose โ€” the conversation exists only in your browser while the page is open. The Application Autopilot (/autopilot): its match report, tailoring plan, and cover-letter draft are computed entirely in your browser, and only its two sections labelled "AI draft" send text (the top of your resume and the job posting) to our server and our AI provider, solely to generate those sections โ€” never stored, never logged, never used for any other purpose. And the AI Interview Coach (/interview-coach): the practice answers you type are sent to our server and to our AI provider solely to generate feedback on each answer, are never stored, and are never logged or used for any other purpose โ€” only the end-of-session scorecard summary (verdict counts and short feedback notes, never your answers) is kept, in your browser and, if you choose to sign in, in your account where you can delete it. The only record we keep of any of these tools' usage is an anonymised (hashed) rate-limit counter and token counts โ€” never the content.

Job Match Feed. When you search the live job feed (/jobs), your search terms (job keywords, location, country) are sent to our server solely to fetch matching listings from our job-data provider (Adzuna); they are cached by search term โ€” never linked to you โ€” and no account or identifier is required. Your resume is never part of a job search: match scores are computed entirely in your browser against the resume stored on your device (or in your account, if signed in), and neither we nor Adzuna ever receive it.

Outcome survey. About two weeks after delivering a paid order we send one (and only one) email asking whether you landed interviews. Answering is optional. Your answers are stored against your order and shown to the team member handling it. They appear in public statistics only if you tick the box permitting anonymous aggregate use, and any comment you leave is published only if you separately tick the box permitting a named testimonial (first name and job title at most) โ€” and you can change or withdraw your answer at any time using the same survey link, or by emailing us. The survey email has a one-click stop link.

Interview-simulator practice recordings (Pro members). If you use the AI Interview Simulator, you record short video answers to practice questions. Each recording, its live transcript (made by your own browser), the computed delivery metrics, and the AI feedback are stored privately against your account: recordings live in the same access-controlled private storage as order files, are playable only through short-lived signed links while you are signed in, and are never public, never shared, and never used to train anything. The transcript is sent to our AI provider solely to generate feedback on that answer. Every recording has a Delete button that removes it โ€” video, transcript, metrics and feedback โ€” immediately and permanently, and everything is deleted automatically 30 days after recording in any case. This retention policy is also shown before your first recording.

Public teardown submissions. If you submit your resume or CV for a free public teardown, we store your name, email address, the document text you submit, and the exact consent statement you agreed to, with a timestamp. Your name and email are used only to record that consent, to strip your identity from the document, and to contact you about that submission โ€” they are never published. If your submission is selected, we publish only an anonymised version (name, contact details, employer and institution names and other direct identifiers removed, verified by an automated re-scan and a human review before anything goes live). You can withdraw at any time using the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us: withdrawal removes the published page immediately and deletes your document, keeping only the record that you consented and then withdrew. Unselected submissions are deleted, and the original (un-anonymised) text of published ones is deleted 60 days after publication.

ATS Match browser extension. Our free Chrome/Edge extension scores your resume against a job posting you're viewing, directly in your browser. It makes zero network requests: your resume is stored only in the extension's local browser storage on your device (never uploaded, never synced to us), and the job-posting text it reads from the page you're viewing is never sent anywhere โ€” the match is computed entirely on-device. The only time the extension contacts us at all is if you click its "Get a human to fix this" button, which opens this website with a link parameter indicating your general match band (weak, medium, or strong) โ€” never your resume or the posting text. You can clear the stored resume from the extension's popup at any time, or simply uninstall the extension, which removes all locally stored data with it.

Cookies. By default we use only the cookies necessary for the site and checkout to function. Our own site analytics are cookieless and anonymous. If we are running paid advertising, we may ask โ€” via a consent banner โ€” for your permission to set ad-measurement cookies (Google and, if we are advertising there, Reddit) that tell us whether our ads led to a visit or purchase. These are set only if you accept; declining is a single tap, changes nothing about how the site works, and is remembered. What we share with the ad platform is measurement data only โ€” page events, purchase amount and currency, and an anonymous order reference. Never your name, email, resume, or any document content. Separately, if you arrive via a partner's referral link (a /go/ link or a ?via= address), we set one first-party cookie for 30 days recording only which partner referred you, so we can credit them if you buy โ€” it contains no personal data, tracks nothing about your browsing, and is never shared with anyone (the partner sees aggregate click and sale counts only, never who you are). Similarly, if you arrive from one of our own ads or campaign links (a web address containing utm_ labels or an ad-click reference), we set one first-party cookie for 90 days recording only which campaign brought you here โ€” no personal data, no browsing history โ€” so that if you later buy or sign up, we can tell which campaign worked. This cookie is ours alone, is not shared with any ad platform, and requires no banner because it does not track you across other websites. Finally, if you pick a region (for example on the homepage or pricing page), we set one small preference cookie for 12 months recording only that choice โ€” e.g. "uk" โ€” so prices show in your currency across the site. It contains no personal data and tracks nothing.
