What this tool can — and can't — tell you
What it does: it structures your offer so nothing hides. One number a year from now (base plus recurring bonus) is a different fact from one number in year one (with a signing bonus inflating it), an employer pension contribution is real money most people forget to count, and the gaps — the components an offer never mentions — are usually where the questions worth asking live. The tool makes all of that visible and turns the gaps into a checklist you can work through.
What it can't do: it does not know what your role pays in your market, and it won't pretend to.
