Refund Policy

Before work begins. If you request cancellation before we have started work on your order, we'll refund you in full.

Revisions first. This is professional resume optimization service verified by a human reviewer, and getting it right matters to us. If your delivered materials contain errors, misrepresent your experience, or don't reflect the job title and industry you selected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will revise them at no charge.

If we missed the deadline. If we fail to deliver within the promised 72-hour window and you no longer want the deliverable, you're entitled to a full refund.

If revision doesn't fix it. If, after revision your deliverable still fails to meet the service description, we'll refund your order.

What isn't refundable. Because each order is custom work delivered digitally, we can't refund completed, as-described orders based on hiring outcomes (interviews and offers depend on far more than documents) or a change of mind after delivery.

How to claim. Email support@bookmyjobinterview.ai from the address used at checkout with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
