Refund Policy

Before work begins. If you request cancellation before we have started work on your order, we'll refund you in full.

Revisions first. This is professional resume optimization service verified by a human reviewer, and getting it right matters to us. If your delivered materials contain errors, misrepresent your experience, or don't reflect the job title and industry you selected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will revise them — as many times as it takes — at no charge.

If we missed the deadline. If we fail to deliver within the promised delivery window for your order (72 hours as standard; 48 hours for rush orders and Offer Reviews) and you no longer want the deliverable, you're entitled to a full refund.

If revision doesn't fix it. If, after revision your deliverable still fails to meet the service description, we'll refund your order.

Founding customers. Orders confirmed as one of our first 25 founding full-package orders carry an extended guarantee: the revision window is 30 days from delivery (instead of 14), with unlimited revisions within that window. If, after revision, your deliverable still fails to meet the service description, we will refund your order in full — and you keep the delivered materials. All other terms on this page are unchanged.

Gift purchases. If a gift code has not been redeemed, the buyer may cancel it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase — email support@bookmyjobinterview.ai from the purchase email address and we'll void the code and refund via Stripe. Once a code has been redeemed, the gift is treated as a completed sale to the buyer, and the recipient's order carries our standard guarantee (revisions, missed-deadline refund, and not-as-described refund) exactly as if they had paid themselves; any refund due on that order is returned to the original gift payment. Codes expire 12 months from purchase; expired codes are not refundable. Gift redemptions are standard orders — they do not qualify for the founding-customer offer.

Gifts toward a different package. A gift code's full purchase value may be put toward any other package; the recipient pays only the difference. If the recipient chooses a package cheaper than the gift's value, the difference is not paid out in cash and does not carry over.

The interview guarantee (a rewrite, not a refund). Resume, LinkedIn and bundle orders additionally carry our interview guarantee: if you log at least 15 job applications in our Application Tracker — while signed in with the email used at checkout — within 60 days of delivery, and none of those logged applications reaches an interview (marked “Interview” or “Offer” in the tracker) by the time we run the automatic day-60 check, we will rewrite your delivered documents for the same target job title, free, within 5 working days. We run this check ourselves and notify you; you do not need to claim it. The remedy under this guarantee is the rewrite; it does not create a right to a refund. It applies only to applications logged in the tracker (that record is what the check runs on), does not apply to orders refunded or bought through third-party marketplaces (their terms govern those), and the plain-English mechanics are on our Guarantee page.

What isn't refundable. Because each order is custom work delivered digitally, we can't refund completed, as-described orders based on hiring outcomes (interviews and offers depend on far more than documents) or a change of mind after delivery. The interview guarantee above provides a rewrite in defined circumstances — it does not change this refund position.

How to claim. Email support@bookmyjobinterview.ai from the address used at checkout with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
