- State ISA CAP status honestly: certified, exam scheduled, or hours logged toward eligibility (e.g., "6,800 of 7,500 hours").
- Quantify OEE gains, downtime hours recovered, cycle-time reduction, and on-time commissioning (FAT/SAT).
- Work protocol and standards vocabulary (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA, IEC 61131-3) into bullets, not only the skills block.
- Attach scale markers — number of PLCs, I/O points, lines, tags — directly to the results they produced.
Don't
- Don't write "PLC programming" generically when the posting names a specific platform.
- Don't bury platform and protocol experience inside prose paragraphs — parsers and recruiters both scan for exact strings.
